A proud Arlington Heights native, Tim brings a lifetime of local knowledge and a strong background in sales and marketing to every client relationship.

Before entering real estate, Tim built a successful career in sales and marketing, skills that now fuel his strategic approach to negotiations, marketing properties, and advising clients. His expertise covers a wide range of property types — from dynamic Chicago condos to charming suburban homes — making him a valuable resource for clients at every stage of life.

Currently residing in Chicago's Avondale neighborhood, Tim pairs his deep understanding of the city's neighborhoods with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate's industry-leading tools to offer a seamless real estate experience. He prides himself on clear communication, client advocacy, and delivering results that align with his clients' goals.
